PUTTING oN WEIGHT!!!

since i went off to further my degree, i really put on weight and it was like i cant stop eating like there's NO tomorrow...

it was such a feeling when i looked myself into the mirror...kinda funny with the biggy tummy...hahaha...

yesterday, i did review again my past photos during teenager time...so SLIM gitu!..hehehe...

  1. Same goes to me here mate and I'm kinda worried especially how my tummy looks right now.

    Obviously I took it from my beer drinking habit and heavy meals. Unhealthy diet.

    The best way to get back in shape is to control your diet and get involve in sports. Wanna have better muscle cuttings, hit the gym. But most important is that you enjoy your "slimming program".

    For me,as a sport student,it's such a shame when i have this kind of problem..

    I tell people about healthy lifestyle,diet,fitness....

    At the end, i myself cant help myself..huhuhu...

  4. Hey , me and Loui talked yeserday about this text. and I feel that i have to tell you something help you out.:D , It dosen't matter how you look as long as you feel good about it. You help people whit there training so instead of tell them how to do tell your self, give your self all of the tip you give them. hope you feel a littel bit better now, Love you cousin and take care .
